These Terms govern your use of the Charted & Caffeinated online store and any purchase you make from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Store and eligibility

Charted & Caffeinated sells nurse-themed apparel, drinkware, and gift sets. You must be legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement and provide current, accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Products and made-to-order fulfillment

Our apparel and drinkware are made to order through third-party print and fulfillment providers. Product colors and print placement may vary slightly because of screen settings and the production process. Bundle components may be produced or shipped separately.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the store displays another currency. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing or product-information errors before accepting an order. Payment is processed by Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout.

Orders and cancellation

Your order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory or production issues, shipping restrictions, or an obvious pricing error. Because products are made to order, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after production begins. Contact us promptly if an order needs attention.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Please review our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Permitted use

You may not use the store to violate law, infringe intellectual-property rights, submit false information, transmit malicious code, interfere with store security, scrape the store without permission, or make fraudulent purchases.

Intellectual property

Store content, branding, artwork, product designs, text, graphics, and photographs are owned by Charted & Caffeinated or used with permission. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the store and purchase products for personal use.

Third-party services

Shopify hosts the store, and service providers such as payment processors, Printify fulfillment partners, and shipping carriers help complete transactions. Their services may be governed by additional terms. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites linked from the store.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Charted & Caffeinated is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or a purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
